Subject: Act. 1.1 Youth Exchanges in Turkey between 13th-21st September 2010 'Influence of Mass Media on Gender Inequality'
As Isparta Volunteers of Educators, we will apply an Action 1.1 Youth Exchange Project on deadline 1st June. The project is ''Zapping the Inequality; Influence of Mass Media on Gender Inequality''.
Duration of the project: 1st of Sept. 2010-31st of January 2011
Activity Time: 13th-21st of Sept 2010 (7 days+2 days travel)
Activity Place: Isparta /Turkey
Participants: 5+1 leader.
Age and gender of participants: 18-25 ( no age limit for leader). Gender: 3 male+2 female OR 3 female+ 2 male
Main themes of the project: Gender roles in society, explotation of gender roles on media, discrimination of gender in society and on media.
Cost: %70 of travel cost will be reimbused
We already have participants from Italy - Latvia(Please dont apply from Italy and Latvia). Needed 3 more participants from program countries.
